A: Our sheets are designed to dissolve quickly - usually within one minute in warm water, or around two minutes in cold water. For best results, stir or shake the bottle slightly to help with the dissolve time.

Q: What should I do if my foaming hand soap pump stops working?
A: Remove pump from bottle. Remove top part of pump from bottom part (this part can be a little tough to remove). Remove filter from end of straw compartment. Run warm water through filter for one minute. Replace filter and top part to the pump. Place pump back on bottle. If you are still experiencing issues please contact us.

Q: How long do your spray nozzles and soap pumps last?
A: With normal household use, our pumps and nozzles typically last six months. They’re designed to be reused again and again, helping you cut down on plastic waste. We are working with our suppliers to try and extend these average lifespans. If your pump or spray nozzle breaks or does not work within the first three months of use, please feel free to request a replacement free of charge as per our returns and refunds policy.

Q: Where do I place the laundry sheet(s) in my washing machine?
A: Simply place sheet(s) in with your washing. Suitable for front or top loading machines, hand washing & for use in hot or cold water. For best results place sheet(s) in your washing machine’s detergent dispenser. Avoid overloading your machine. Follow the garment makers washing instructions. Wash whites & colours separately. Note: If putting sheet(s) directly into the machine; for front loader place sheet(s) in before clothes, for top loader place sheet(s) in after clothes.

Q: Where do I place the dishwasher sheet(s) in my dishwasher?
A: Simply place sheet(s) into your dishwasher; either on the top/bottom shelves, or on the cutlery basket/shelf. Alternatively, you can fold and place into the detergent dispenser. Suitable for all dishwashers including dish drawers, bench top dishwashers and handwashing. Use 1 sheet for full load, 1.5 or 2 sheets for extra dirty/greasy dishes. Half a sheet for bench top dishwashers and handwashing.
